I was assigned Britta by Zillow as a local agent when I wanted to go see a home. What a blessing, she was amazing every step of the way. We saw a few houses within a couple of weeks, and by the end of second week I had found my home and made an offer. She was very responsive and helpful along the way even helping with recommendations for different people from lawyers, inspectors, electricians etc. She even found me a microwave that would fit my small over oven space, so when I say she went above and beyond I mean it. I even had a mini panic attack right after I closed on the house and was about to move in and my furnace and hot tub for some reason were not working. Britta who luckily lives in the same town drove right over and helped me figure out what was wrong saving me hundreds from having to call an HVAC guy to come out and help. She goes above and beyond for her clients and I couldn't recommend her more highly!

Britta has done a terrific job representing my wife and I on three real estate transactions as both the buyer and seller. She has a great understanding of the inventory and pricing in our location south of Boston. When we first met her she looked at us and said, "I've got the perfect house for you"; and it was perfect for 6 years and three babies. I think she is an in-demand agent with a lot of business. Lastly, she has an impressive network of mortgage lenders, lawyers, contractors, etc. who we were able to tap into. She always had someone she could recommend.
