There were a lot of repairs that the seller needed to do before we signed the final sale agreement and Britney was in the midst keeping track of the work done and keeping everyone on their toes. We previously had 2 homes under contract which didn't work out for a number of reasons, but this gal stuck by us. She is very knowledgeable, always available, and was willing to work late to get documents in order, etc. When I did finally close on our new home, Britney had it professionally cleaned for us. She even dropped by today to deliver a Thanksgiving gift. Even after we closed, Britney is still out there making sure we are taken care of.
