ZillowVERIFIEDAndrew was very responsive and friendly, with lots of ideas of what we could do to make our house salable at a higher price. He gave us a detailed list with how much the estimated cost of each improvement on the house would cost and his estimation of how it would raise the selling price. He organized everything. Found us one interest free loan and another short term loan both to be paid back when the house sold. He got the workers for each renovation and worked with them on plans for dealing with our somewhat awkward but sweet elderly house. The house sold at the price he estimated it would given the renovations. In addition, Andrew is just a really nice thoughtful person. He showed compassion for the workers and their needs as well as for us. I highly recommend him.
