If you have the chance to work with BB Realty- Do it! Homes for Hero's referred my husband and I to BB Realty, and we will be forever grateful. My wife and I have bought and sold many homes and these two are the best we have dealt with. They are upbeat and positive and very complimentary of our home. They made us feel confident that it would be a successful attempt to sell our home. We had a average of 6-10 showings a day once it was listed and had multiple bids by the end of the first week. They were ready at a moments notice to solve any issue that popped up and solve it quickly. We moved out before the house was sold and they were available to represent us in our absence. Britany is a prime example of how important it is to pick the right real estate agent. She worked hard on our behalf when selling our home and was a huge help since we had already moved out of state. Here are a few things she did that really made an impression with us. 1. Had a photographer take really nice pictures of our condo to put online. 2. Coordinated with contractors and town inspector to complete necessary repairs. 3. Drew a sketch of our finished basement that was needed for a town permit. 4. She even cleaned parts of my sliding window before the open house since we had already left to Florida! She could've easily told us to hire a cleaning service. Brittany was recommended to us by a close friend and she definitely didn't disappoint. I highly recommend her team to anyone looking to buy or sell.
