Here are a few things she did that really made an impression with us. 1. Had a photographer take really nice pictures of our condo to put online. 2. Coordinated with contractors and town inspector to complete necessary repairs. 3. Drew a sketch of our finished basement that was needed for a town permit. 4. She even cleaned parts of my sliding window before the open house since we had already left to Florida! She could've easily told us to hire a cleaning service.
