ZillowVERIFIEDBritany was an awesome landlord. She was super quick to get us in, was very reasonable with rental pricing, and corrected any typical rental issues that came up immediately. She had our house painted while we were there to spruce up the curb appeal and help keep the place looking fresh. I have had slumlords in the past, and Britany certainly was not one of them! She also let us use the payment method that worked best for us (Im young and refuse to have a checkbook) which was greatly appreciated. 10/10 recommend for a landlord!!

ZillowVERIFIEDWorst experience ever! Do not use Britany for your buying (or selling). She was always distracted when we were with her. Always texting someone or another, even during our closing. She doesnt know what she should be looking for and sold us a home where we couldnt accomplish our goals because she didnt tell us about the CC&Rs on the property. We definitely felt like a number and nothing more. Save yourself and avoid her.

Answered Questions
I always recommend an inspection on any real estate purchased. You need to know what is covered in your dues and the bi laws. You will also need to know who holds the master policy for the insurance and usually you can get a discount on insurance if you use the same company.
A local realtor will be able to help you with all of these questions and point you in the right direction for a lender to see what you can qualify for and if there are any homes in your price range. I would be happy to refer you to an agent who has the right experience to best help you!
