Brint Wahlberg

Hello and thank you for visiting my profile! I'm part of my family sales team, The Wahlberg Team, and we work with Windermere Real Estate here in Missoula. We're a full service sales team providing assistance to any and all buyers looking to purchase real estate in Western Montana. As you can see by my profile, the primary focus of my business centers around Missoula, however I do work in surrounding areas and have access to most all markets through my MLS on the western side of Montana. I'm a Missoula native, born and raised right here in Western Montana, I've never called another town home. I grew up blocks off the campus of the University of Montana and found myself enjoying the forests, lakes, and trails of Montana in the summer, Grizzly football games in the fall, and skiing and sledding in the winter. I'm a graduate of the University of Montana with a degree in Business Administration with an emphasis on Management. My wife and I have been married since 2001, we've now got 3 awesome kids and a very wonderful and enriching life. We love where we live and we love being able to help people in our wonderful community every single day with their real estate needs. When not attending to family or work I enjoy golfing, SUP boarding, grilling, getting out into nature, attending Montana Grizzly sporting events, and the occasional craft beer or whisky. My sales team consists of my sister Kristina (licensed in 2012) and my wife Courtney (licensed in 2016). Our approach to this profession is to make ourselves available as much as possible to assist our clients and help them achieve their real estate goals. We work as a cohesive group and employ the best current technology to assist our clients with searching, selling, communications, research, and storage/sharing of important documents. Judy (mom) has now retired. Professionally our team has been recognized multiple times for our work and service within our association and our industry. I've received the Missoula Realtor of the year award 3 times, in 2011, 2015, and 2021. I've also won Montana Realtor of the year in 2021 as well. Additionally I was awarded the Realtor's Choice award in 2013 and 2022, and was voted the top Missoula's Choice Realtor in our local paper. Everyone in our team has undertaken quite a bit of volunteer work for our association and individually as well. Both Judy and myself have served as local presidents for the Missoula Organization of Realtors and we have chaired several local and state Realtor committees. Courtney has served on a few local Realtor committee groups as well. In addition to Realtor volunteerism I've served as an alumni volunteer for my local Sigma Phi Epsilon chapter, I've served on the Grizzly Scholarship Association Board, I'd previously served on working groups for United Way and for Opportunity Resources. I currently also serve as a mentor/coach for my oldest daughter's robotics team. My family is also heavily involved in fundraising and awareness for local Autism services providers. Our family team conducts our business in accordance with all federal, state, and local fair housing laws.
