So important to me was her understanding of the SW Washington competitive, multiple-offer environment and her obvious years of experience...which kept me from making snap decisions. Her recommendations for both lender and home inspection were great too. Those things, and throughout her consistent doing exactly what she said she would do allowed me to trust her completely. Whether setting an instant walk-thru appointment, helping me to "think through" what I'd looked at and how it fit my ultimate objectives, or reassuring me when discouraged, she gave me complete confidence that I would find the exact home I wanted.
