ZillowVERIFIEDBrigid Ricker was recommended by a work colleague, and I couldn't be more satisfied. This was my 2nd purchase of a home. My search began in Brea, but with a child on the way, I changed my search to a more affordable area closer to where I work. I thought I would have to change agents but that was not the case. Brigid is very busy, she seems to live and breath real estate, and seems to love doing it. She put together a timely plan in order to get a feel for the home we were looking for and fortunately we found it very quickly. She listened intently and gauged our needs and wants concisely. I am a veteran which added some complexity to the process. The home was also on market through a relocation company which also provided more nuisance. Brigid just marched through all of it, making sure everything on our end was ready and waiting for their completion.I am not a very experienced buyer, and I have little resources to give me guidance and this was where Brigid was our pillar. She inspected the home and saw deficiencies that I had totally missed. She asked the seller to see to certain repairs and if they didn't agree then to at least compromise on costs. She wasn't there just to make the deal, when we were almost ready to move in as-is.Brigid's experience and expertise was obvious, and her willingness to perform her job as a motivated professional was equally impressive. I would recommend Brigid as an agent to any friend or family member, and will be asking her to be there for us if we were to move in the future.
