All kinds of types. That's what makes this job so special. I love the beginnings and endings of every transaction.
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
I had this family looking for their retirement home for a long time. We FINALLY found a 1 owner ranch on 20 acres that used to be a old cattle ranch and it was only on the market 4 hours. Grabbed it and made an offer. It has some wonderful stores behind it and now it will continues with my Clients story and their growing Families.
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
I med Gary Keller on a Bus that I used to work on called Von Lane and he had booked us for a private party. He sent me all of his books and gift card and got me started 10 years ago!
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
I am always keeping myself well educated and loved reaching out to the public and helping out. It great to always meet new people and join new things that are happening.
