ZillowVERIFIEDKorriah is very knowledgeable on all aspects on purchasing a home. She looked into our needs and always suggested better alternatives for processes. She is very patient and knows how to deal with lender procedures, as well as explaining every step for new home buyers. Korriah was with us trough all the process and we are very grateful about that.

ZillowVERIFIED Elaine was great. Selling my first property, I was quite the newbie. She walked us through everything and made great recommendations to us along the way. Great job of protecting our interests. She had to relay some bad news to us here and there along the way and was straightforward and direct about it, always with ideas about how to proceed. She even laughed at most of my dumb jokes. Awesome.

ZillowVERIFIED Moriah did a great job during the sale of this property. Lots of issues with the lender, some setbacks with inspections and fixes. She did a great job dealing with the issues and working through lender delays, appraisal issues, and underwriting issues. Her communications during the sale process was outstanding and her continuous pushing on all parties was great. Moriah PeA+-a and Bricena Aragon and Associates did a great job on the sale of my two properties was outstanding!

ZillowVERIFIED Korriah Pena is a model agent for the real estate profession, in that she is very knowledgeable about the geographic area that she covers, is highly responsive, and is an expert in her field. The housing market in the area that we purchased a home in is very aggressive, and her responsiveness facilitated entering into a contract on a beautiful home very quickly. Korriah is highly attentive to the desires of prospective home buyers in terms of property attributes, and has a talent for seeking and finding homes that her customers will prefer. Her work ethic is high in comparison with her peers and is highly communicative at any time of the day. We couldn't recommend a better real estate agent!

ZillowVERIFIED I have worked with Bricena since 2004, she has sold hundreds of houses for my businesses and has also been our agent for our own purchases. It is such a pleasure to work with her and her staff.Through the years she has worked hand in hand with our customers on pre sold homes. She assists in house plan selections along with finish designs of these homes. She also designs our spec houses. Her extensive knowledge in the building process is such an asset, but that is not all she does. As a realtor she displays great organization and communication skills. Prior to closings there are hours of prep work along with paperwork, she and her team are always on top of it.As said earlier we have worked with her since 2004 and during that time the real estate industry has changed tremendously. The market has gone up and down and Bricena has adapted well under all circumstances. Technology has also played a role. Our ads started off in "Homes Illustrated" publications and are now are easily accessible 24/7 online.I hope to work with her for many more years!

I think Sha did a very good job at selling my mother's house. Although there were times I could have been better informed. Maybe it was better that I didn't know what was going on in the background. I definitely would recommend Sha with your real estate needs in the Belen, NM area.

ZillowVERIFIED It was a mistake to sell my home with Bricena Aragon. They left me holding the bag so to speak on a lot of issues they overlooked, flat out lied in one instance and now I'm paying the price for the sloppiness of their work.

ZillowVERIFIED We were shown several homes and decided on one we had looked into buying several years prior to meeting with Sha. She worked tirelessly, day and night for us to get into our home as quickly as we did. We believe her help went beyond being a real estate agent and has become a great friend of the family. Thanks so much for making our dream a reality Sha!

ZillowVERIFIED Because of Sha's hard work and expertise, I am more than satisfied with the outcome of my home sale . During the sale process, Sha always represented my interests and was helpful in negotiating contract details for my benefit. I had already moved from the city and she also helped me with things I couldn't do personally, such as finding a contractor to do some post inspection repairs, and then following up to see that they were done correctly. She is a competent and knowledgeable agent, pleasant to work with, and I would use her services again.

ZillowVERIFIED We presented Cindi with a difficult situation dealing wi a local disabled seller that needed to have everything run through an out of state sibling. There were many hurdles to overcome, all of which Cindi dealt with in a calm, supportive and understanding, yet efficient way. We were no easy listing! Cindi was awesome and professional in every way. This was an emotional upheaval for the seller and Cindi kept things calmly moving forward. We really appreciate both her and the others in her office, with all their help getting the property sold and closed. Cindi earned every penny of commission, and then some! We would highly recommend Cindi and the Bricene Aragon office team! If you had a Facebook page I would be posting on that too!Ginny Campbell & Lucy Norman
