After reading some really great reviews I scheduled time for us to meet so I could get a better understanding of the selling process as a first time seller. She came prepared, was very knowledgeable and professional. She would give us suggestions based on her experience but was never pushy-it always felt like a partnership and she was always respectful of our choices. She has a great network of people and that came in handy during the closing process. Everything was smooth on our end and moved very quickly once we accepted an offer, however the buyers lender was dragging their feet with their end of the paperwork. They told us a closing date, then pushed it back two weeks, then kept pushing it back and we thought it was never going to end. Thanks to Briannas connections she was able to help the buyer pretty much re-start the process with a new lender and we were able to close in less than 10 days. I would highly recommend her to anyone!
