I chose to work with Brianna because she did some research on selling my home long before I ever sold it. She even showed us houses on and off for 2-3 years without asking for a dime. I felt like I owed it to her so I gave her a shot at selling my house. Wow! What a good decision that was! Brianna took ownership of the entire sell of my house. She recommended some upgrades that paid off big time. She arranged painters, plumbers and a handyman. Her brother Walter was very helpful as well. If they didn't know the answer they would quickly find the answer. Because of Brianna I was able to stay under budget for repairs and upgrades! They staged the house beautifully and had an amazing showing of my house. We ended up selling the home for much more than our asking price. My advice to people is to not be afraid to spend money on presenting a nice finished product because it will pay off. Let Brianna guide you and everything will work out just fine.
