Briana contacted us when we expressed an interest in a property as we struggled looking for a winter home during this pandemic. She suggested and placed us in contact with a loan company to get pre-approval. Her quick responsiveness eventually led us to a property that we were quickly outbid on. Several weeks later, she called us immediately with a second chance on the same property. The initial buyer backed out. Together we quickly wrote an offer, scheduled a flight to inspect the home, and awaited a seller's response. We flew into Mesa late Monday evening, drove up Tuesday and met Briana in-person to view and ask questions. She had already driven to Phoenix and back in time to greet us. We agreed to continue the purchase as Briana negotiated repairs and a quick closing based upon her pre-approval recommendation.
