1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?

I would definitely hold on making big purchases that’ll increase your debt to income ratio, save more money, find a credit repair agent (if needed I know an agent), have a consistent work history, and take one step at a time with me as an agent to reach your goal.

2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?

If you are trying to sell make sure you have enough equity in your home to profit your money, declutter your home, and make needed repairs to increase the value of your home (if necessary)
