Oxana was exactly what I wanted in a realtor. She is a go getter; and in crazy markets, you need a realtor like that. Courtney is the absolute best agent you could have on your side. I met her by happenstance at one of her listings I was looking at. Within 15 minutes she had explained more things to me than anyone else had. I was nervous about the home buying process until I met her and her team. I instantly felt comfortable and safe. I never felt forced or like my best interest wasn't the main goal. At each home we visited she gave her honest opinion on the value, resale value, and overall condition of the home. She will NOT let you buy something that will not be a genuine investment. She got me the best deal as far as seller credits and price. I walked into my home with equity and most repairs on the PICRA completed. Obviously, she won't be able to do this every time BUT she will fight and try her hardest.
