I chose Brian because my wife and I needed a property assessment evaluation on a house for tax purposes many years ago. He provided us with the document we needed when no other agent would help us. His only request was that someday if we sold our house that we would "consider" him. We did, and we were grateful. We had two houses to sell in late 2019 and early 2020.
