While I appreciated Brian's responsiveness, I feel that the advice provided during the sale of our home could have been more strategic. I would have preferred a more creative approach, such as suggesting a buyer's incentive, rather than encouraging multiple price reductions, which ultimately totaled over $100,000. The original listing price was based on HIS RECOMMENDATION, and had we known the extent of the reductions needed, we would have reconsidered even listing our home. He didn't hesitate at all with that listing price and felt confident at that time (I have communication with Brian to prove this). We told him that what was most important to us is that the agent we use be completely up front with us about the listing price. We weren't just going to take the person who gave us the highest listing price, which came in at $1.3M (we listed at $1.237M). In addition to what we paid for the house we have put over $100k into it and Brian stated that no one could build our house for what we were asking so he felt it was a reasonable listing price. During our initial meeting, Brian indicated that he frequently works with relocation teams and implied that this could bring potential buyers to our property. Unfortunately, this did not materialize, as we did not receive interest from any relocating buyers, which was disappointing. Although Brian says he has a strong track record and mentioned that he has never taken more than 30 days to sell a house, our experience differed. After 60 days on the market, losing out on a home we had a contingency offer on, and reducing our price to an uncomfortable level, we ultimately decided to withdraw our house from the market. I am not sure that Brian is used to selling many homes in the $1M+ range so that is our fault for not doing more research. Just a couple months after we pulled our house from the market, the same model home sold for $1.225M just one street over, so perhaps that realtor would have been a better option for us.

Brian is at the absolute, very top of the list of hardest working most professional Realtors in the Indianapolis area. Not only did I use him in buying our house, as a lender I have had countless transactions with him. In the current market when I see so many offers not getting accepted, Brian does his homework, talks to the listing agent, and gets the offer accepted time and time again. If you are buying a house I strongly recommend him!

Brian was excellent with all phases of our sale. He recommended a higher price than any other agent we interviewed and his process seemed reasonable. Ultimately, we had multiple offers and everyone of them was great. Brian walked us through the pros/cons for each and helped us accept a fantastic offer just 3 days after listing. Other agents recommended staging our home and Brian believed this was not necessary. His negotiating skills were topnotch with every aspect of this transaction. He was always responsive for any of our questions.
