Brian ans Tisha are incredible. Our first property had been on the market a couple months before reaching out to them. Prior to going with Blue Fuse, we had 1-2 showings and a total of 10-15 people come through our open houses. In the first week, we had 6-8 showings! Our open houses averaged 15-20 people, per day (we held open houses every Sat. and Sun.). In the middle of Jan. they managed to get 50 people through the house in a single 2 hour open house!!! 50 people!! Brian never promised to magically convince someone to buy our house. He did, however, promise to get it in front of as many eyes as possible. He 100% delivered. We were informed every step of the way, from listing to closing. He provided a weekly market analysis that allowed my team to make informed decisions on pricing, strategy, and negotiations. The Blue Fuse team even made a crazy closing much more manageable.
