I am an experienced property owner from Chicago (including 5 rental buildings), and was looking for an inexpensive summer home in Harbor County. If you are looking for a real estate professional, I can recommend Brian Waite enthusiastically and without hesitation. Besides the things you expect, professional demeanor, knowledge of the local real estate market, timely communication, Brian went way out of his way by doing a bunch of little things for me that I would have had to drive all the way into Michigan to take care of. He offered up his time repeatedly, cheerfully, and he wasn't making a lot on this sale. He has an extremely evolved sense of customer service. Again, I haven't had a better experience with an agent, and this my 7th real estate purchase.
