After spending time looking for my own home and experiencing the challenges and joys of the process, I decided I wanted to help people realize their dreams to own a home. I'm a classic nerd who is in to the statistics and data of the market. These skills of analysis certainly help when breaking down the dollars and cents of a home decision. I also have the heart of a teacher and know it is my job to help you learn all about the process of buying or selling a home. I don't believe in holding my knowledge "close to the chest." Brian was such a pleasure to work with when purchasing our vacation home! He has a mastery of the business and made our experience feel seamless from home search to closing. From my initial phone contact with Brian, he seemed knowledgeable and not willing to let us buy just any home but the right home for our needs. He was incredibly responsive with communications we sent him (often in minutes) and presented us new listings as soon as available. He had great input on the price and condition on local properties. He also provided recommendations to us for local lenders, contractors and highlights of the area as we were buying from out of town.
