Hello there! Thanks for visiting my site! I have been doing this since 2003. I am from the area and have been here all my life, so I know the market very well. My parents and two brothers both live in the area as well, so it goes without saying that we all love it here and are not going anywhere anytime soon! I have been in sales pretty much all my life, even before I was a Realtor. I graduated from St. Cloud State University with a degree in Mass Communications and Marketing, with a minor in Spanish. I belong to the Minnesota Real Estate Team and we have been the number one team in the United States, since 2006. We help a lot of people buy and sell their homes, more than any other team. I am consistently in the top 5% of the team, selling around 50 homes per year. I help both buyers and sellers and will work with them for as long as it takes. I speak fluent Spanish as well and am licensed in both Minnesota and Wisconsin. One of the things you will notice about me right away, is that I don't work set hours. I do this full time, with no other side or part time jobs. You may text, E-Mail or call me pretty much anytime of the day or evening, and I will answer. I take this job very seriously and give my clients the attention and service they deserve and should expect from their Realtor. You will also notice that I am a no pressure style of salesperson. When we meet, I'll be in jeans and a shirt, no fancy suits or ties or anything like that. I work hard for you and will be myself; no games or hidden agendas. I also have an assistant who works full time for me. Her name is Chris and she too has real estate experience dating back since 2002. You will be in very good hands, I can promise you that. We will be with you from start to finish, no matter how long this process takes or how many homes we look at, and you'll never get pressure from me to either buy a home you're not interested in, or to buy it sooner than you're ready. We work at YOUR pace; I work for you, you don't work for me! I am here to work for you and will do so diligently and effectively, to make this experience as smooth as possible for you. I will not only help with the buying or selling process, but I will also help you with the inspection and closing processes as well. In other words, you will not be doing any of this alone!
