Brian was simply amazing. Brian not only handled the purchase of our new home, but also the sale of our old home, and my mother's home! Brian and his staff were very attentive and quick to respond. Brian also had a very knowledgeable and realistic view of the housing market. This was evidenced by our home being on the market for 2 days and us getting full asking price! Brian is also a professional in the littlest items. We had difficulties in communicating with the selling agent.
