Right from the start, we knew Brian would be a great fit for us. Upon initially contacting him, he reached out within hours and worked to set up a convenient time to meet at our house within a couple days. When he came to our house, we could tell that he did extensive prep work and how much he truly cared. He performed an in-depth walkthrough of our home and property, caring about every detail. In all our visit last well over an hour, where other realtors either didnt take the time to meet with us in person or spent minimal time with us. It was easy to see how invested Brian was in us. Throughout the entire selling process, he was extremely responsive, replying to calls, texts, and emails well into the evening and weekends. He made sure he was available at times that worked for us. He was a very good communicator and was very knowledgeable. If he ever didnt know an answer immediately, he would always ensure he found out and got back to us. With each offer/decision, Brian was very good at laying out all our options/scenarios guiding us through to get to the best decision for us. If he didnt think a decision was in our best interest, he would be honest and transparent with us. Contrarily, he was always receptive to any constructive criticism and feedback we had for him. After a signed offer, he continued great communication and even offered to help us sell furniture to the buyers and move, load, and haul furniture that was used for staging. We feel we got the best deal we thought was possible and within a timely manner. Overall, we were extremely happy in every aspect with choosing Brian as our realtor. Brian is a great realtor and more importantly, a great person who we would recommend without reservation.

Brian Smith deserves to be at the top of your list when looking for a realtor to buy or sell your home. Although he lead us through the process of purchasing our new home, we always felt that we were in control. He worked diligently to ensure we paid the best price possible. Any concerns were exceptionally relayed to the owner and fairly resolved. We spoke often with Brian and always felt heard (and refreshed!) after the conversations. Brian is the most amazing realtor I have ever encountered. He worked with us night and day to ensure we found exactly what we wanted and were able to get everything we needed along the way. He is kind and caring to the whole family and took every detail into account when helping us find our first home. The house we ended up getting was one he sought out for us specifically. Every question was answered, every concern addressed, and his communication along the way was amazing. He was great with our kid and didn't even mind when the toddler was running around screaming like crazy. Would give 100 stars if I could. Recommend him to everyone I know.

Let me start by saying I have never purchased property. As scary as it is, Brian was truly the perfect person to help us. He was there for us every step of the way and then some. Brian is not somebody who will make you feel pressured or rushed into making a decision. He is incredibly respectful and patient towards what you want since it is such a big decision. Brian is also a great person to bounce ideas off of and very knowledgable about property in both Salem and West Salem. Do not hesitate and call Brian. I will be buying with Brian for as long as we are both around!
