Brian made the home selling process and absolute breeze. From the moment I contacted him he was very professional. He helped us understand the selling process which greatly reduced the stress of the situation. He made himself available at all times during our selling process (weekends too!). My wife and I were constantly kept in the loop about potential buyers, future showings, and all the moving parts of our home sale. We had multiple offers in less than a month and settled in what felt like a very short amount of time. He coordinated the closing process with the Title agency and the rest is history. When I decided to purchase a home in Palm Coast, I called several realtors. Brian was the first one to call me back. The others called several hours latter or the next day. I went with Brian and I am glad I did. Brian showed us many properties until we found the right one. It was a difficult negotiation since it turned into a bidding war. Brian got us the deal and we closed on the property. The mortgage process was delayed several times and Brian was able to obtain extensions for the mortgage contingency several times. It was not easy since the sellers were reluctant to extend it. Brian was always there to answer questions and facilitate the repairs for the the home. I would not hesitate to use Brian in the future and I would highly recommend him.
