OMG, there?s so much I could say about Brian. He?s such a humble person, honest, truly cares, he listens to what your wants/needs are but most of all he?s a go getter. He recently sold out home but we gave him a challenge we had a renter in the home and we lived out of state. He said to easy I?ll take care of it no worries. However, he went above and beyond assisting our renter without being asked to get the home ready for showings. At times I felt he was working way harder than my property manager because he was more actively involved with the tenant than they were at times. But his actions paid off. Not only did it sake after hitting market but he did it in two days. Oh but it doesn?t end there he got more than FULL ask, buyer bought the house as is with no issues needed to be fixed, and cherry on top is he got them to pay full closing and oh this is a used home! Now if you can get another realtor to do all this if love to see it. Btw he has a ton of homes he list and he gives every customer the same enthusiasm and hard work. He?s not just a realtor he?s like family to you. If you want a realtor who works for you checks all your boxes and doesn?t do it for just a pay check but enjoys his job an truly passionate he?s your guy. I truly can?t say everything but he?s got that WOW factor we all need in our lives and he?s a breathe of fresh air especially during this COVID-19 situation you need kindness and someone to do what you ask an get it done and hes a 5 Star quality realtor. He sold our home for $375,000.00 and I wish him all the best!!! Thank you Brian it meant so much to our family.
