About Brian Piercy

Brian has been a local resident of Myrtle Beach and the Grand Strand for almost 20 years. He originally moved to the area from Northern Virginia to attend Coastal Carolina University. After graduating with honors, Brian jumped into the real estate field. He decided to focus on investments, second homes and out of town buyers. He shot to the top percentage in sales volume within the entire Coastal Carolina Association of Realtors. With well over $150 million dollars in personal sales volume, he developed the Real Estate Modo brokerage. His brokerage is based on a foundation of superior service that is focused on this segment of the market along the South Carolina Coast. Brian is actively working with sellers and buyers, and he is driven to build the premiere second home and investment niche driven real estate sales company in the area and beyond.
