We worked with Brian to buy our home in Burlington CT. We were moving here from out of state and Brian helped us narrow down which towns/areas would work best for us. While viewing the various homes that were for sale, he provided valuable information on the positive and negative aspects of these properties. After we decided on which home to purchase, he helped us to negotiate a very favorable purchase price. Brian helped us find companies to perform all the inspections and he was present when this work was completed. He also helped us find an attorney to handle the closing. We were very happy with the services he provided and highly recommend him.
