As a first time home buyer I had so many questions and was unfamiliar with the entire process, Brian was very knowledgeable and was always available to answer my questions. Buying a home is a huge step, I was a little on the picky side, Brian was very patient with me. He showed me many houses (on evenings and weekends to accommodate my work schedule) until I finally found the home I wanted. He negotiated with the seller and was able to get me a great deal even in a sellers market. I came to Brian with my preapproval letter, the rate was not the best Brian learned of a special program for first time home buyers, immediately let me know and worked with me and the loan officer to get a much better rate! Overall, Brian went above and beyond and I highly recommend him!
