Brian helped us sell our home in Acton, CA. He did a great job and was tuned into the market and what it would take to sell the home. His Pictures and video of the home was, I feel, really helpful with the online sales effort. The home sold quickly and Brian was on top of all the details.

1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?

Take your time, explore all the available areas and weigh the positives and the negatives. Too often home buyers rush into a purchase, and agents that are quick to make a sale push too hard and too fast not advising the buyer properly. A great purchase includes a high level of consulting with their chosen professional.

2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?

Prepare your home for sale. Spend money where necessary to make your home a showcase for buyers. I properly staged, properly presented, and perfectly photographed home will generate you a higher net sale. We are skilled at making solid and smart recommendations to our sellers, and we have seen tremendous results time and time again.

3) What types of clients have you worked with?

First time buyers, home sellers, investors, home flippers, and overseas clientele.

4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?

Met with a seller and gave our proposal for the marketing of their home. Made some recommendations on the staging and decluttering of the home, and then set the professional photographer in motion. When we went live on the MLS, we had 7 offers all 10K+ above list price and sold the home to the highest bidder in only 48 hours for 30k above list price.

5) How did you get started in Real Estate?

Spent 13 years in sales and management for larger companies such as Coca-Cola and Campbells Soup before transitioning into real estate at the urging of a friend that thought it suited my personality. 12 years later and we are a highly successful and productive team within our community.

6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?

I have been through all stages of the real estate market from the peak of prices, to the crash of the foreclosure market and short sales. I have been through extensive training on banking guidelines, short sale negotiations, and risk management. With our 12 years of full time experience, we have a broad knowledge base that we feel adds real value to our clients.
