I can't overstate how positive my experiences with Brian have been. He's helped me with three transactions over the years, buying a home, selling a home and most recently (2016) buying a lot on which to build. In the first instance, my purchase of a home, Brian was diligent in shepherding the deal, which was somewhat complicated by the seller being an estate with multiple parties involved in the transaction.Subsequently Brian helped me sell that home. Not surprisingly, given Brian's enthusiasm and expertise, the sale went off without a hitch.Most recently, Brian helped me purchase a small acreage lot on which to build a home. While the transaction was quite simple (again thanks to Brian being fully engaged in the process), the search was not quite as easy. Like most buyers, I had some very specific criteria for what I wanted and we had to evaluate a number properties carefully for both what I wanted and what made sense financially. Some listing prices were a bit optimistic. Brian does a really nice job identifying "comps" based on the property's characteristics rather than simply trying to justify an asking price. We found a property, confirmed that the zoning allowed for building (not always the case regardless of what some listings imply) and the deal was negotiated to everyone's satisfaction.
