When I spoke with Brian on the phone, I thought that he was kind and polite. But as soon as I disagreed with his method, he dismissed my idea and was very rude and disrespectful and cut me off in the middle of my explanation to express myself. He immediately said: I see that we are aEURoe not a good fitaEUR? and diplomatically ended our conversation. As if its his way or aEURoe the high wayaEUR?. No middle ground. I was very surprised that agent like him, that worked for over 31 years, acted that way. I'm very much in disbelieve still how he was recommended by home light to be one of their preferred agents that can help sell properties. With this kind of attitude and disrespect, I'm wondering how person like him can stay in business and abuse his power. I had to call home light to report his behavior so it will not happened again to another potential client that can be turned off with his abusive manners and not relay on home light to recommend of agents any longer. I hope that any body how is considering to list their home for sale, will be aware of this Brian Madsen short temper and think twice before hiring him in the future. There. Are plenty of great agents that will be patience and open to listen to your point of view, and its no need to compromise with unprofessional & rude behavior agent that dismiss you if he doesnt agree with your opinion. Youll be better off working with any body else but him.just from my personal experience from few minutes over the phone. Lucky it didnt go that far.
