Brian, was helpful in setting a realistic price for our house, but he always let us make the decision after giving information. He was able to help us complete all paper work even though we were no longer at the house-even in the same state. He worked with our local support family/friends in doing an estate sale. 5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
I started in real estate after teaching for 10 years. The last couple of years of teaching I decided to get a license in real estate to work part-time. I was enjoying it so much and became successful that I decided to pursue that as a new career and have never looked back!
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
The education I received with the business degree help me have a good understanding how to become a successful and professional real estate agent.
1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
With today's market being so competitive you really need a real estate agent who has good knowledge of the market and how to negotiate the contract in the favor of the buyer. Many listings could have more than one offer, and acting quick is important, however having a good agent who knows how to write the contract is just as important. My experience in negotiating has helped many of my buyers come out ahead!
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Let me do a accurate market analysis on your home. There have been so many people who have underestimated the amount they can receive for their home. I want to bring the most out of them for their benefit.
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
Besides working as an agent for residential homes, I have also worked as a broker for several commercial properties. Many of my clients have contacted me when they are in need of leasing their homes. I do extensive background work to make sure the highest qualified tenant are selected.
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
A recent transaction that I had was doing a market analysis and suggesting a price over $20,000 more than the seller was anticipating. They were excited that they went with the price I gave them, and it sold in less than a week, and as a result they walked away with another $20,000 in their pocket. It's a transaction that I'll never forget, and I'm sure the buyers won't either. I'm there to get the most out of a home I'm selling as a listing agent.
