We sat down and I told her all the things I was looking for in a home and the locations I wanted to look in and she went straight to work making a list of houses she thought Id love. She had no issues with me bringing my own list of houses I wanted to see in addition! I would ask her about seeing a house and she was always very prompt and if we didnt see the house that day, we probably did the next day. Always greeted me with a smile and listened to my concerns. As I am a first time homebuyer she did a great job of explaining every step of the process to me, what certain terms meant, what red-flags in a house looked like, and made sure houses I looked for stayed out of flood zones since that was a main concern of mine. I couldnt recommend a better realtor. She also has great knowledge of Lansing and the surrounding areas.
