I will start by saying if you are buying or selling a home in Southeast Ohio Brian Kapple should absolutely be your agent, full stop. I'm moving across the country and found Brian through an online search. We met once when I visited the area and we looked at a couple places but I didnt settle on any of them. When, after returning to AZ, we found the home I eventually bought (sight unseen except photos) Brian went above and beyond any real estate agent Id ever worked with before to make sure the home was right for me. To say Brian is service oriented is a huge understatement. He is a consummate professional and I recommend him in the highest possible terms. This review my sound hyperbolic but I assure you its not - Brian is forthright, honest and trustworthy and sets a very high bar for others. If you choose him to represent you I promise you will not be disappointed.

Brian Kapple is The best Agent in Athens Ohio and surrounding areas. I called him and four other agents on a Saturday morning. He was the only one who responded. We talked for a few minutes while he asked leading questions to find out what I was looking for in a property. At the end of the call he sent listings with just what I asked for. The following week we went out on a rainy Saturday looking for land. After two weekends and an extensive search with constant communication I found the land I wanted to buy.
