Personally, I'm so impressed with his character and knowledge and professionally, my mind is just blown at how far he is willing to go for you to get the job done! My property had loads of old trucks and trailers and other miscellaneous items and metal etc that needed to be removed in order to close on the sale. Brian was out there with me every single day making it happen! When so many others were unable to get things moved off, Brian got it done! He's a great problem solver and he gets things done! When Brian came into my life, my whole life changed! I now have provision from the sale of my property and hope for a future! This is my fourth property and fourth experience working with realtors, I can comfortably say Brian is the best person for the job. Ryan was incredibly helpful and I'd recommend his as your agent when buying a home. Ryan came recommended by multiple mutual friends who had worked with him and came highly recommended. I recently bought my second property and first experience in Miami / South Florida. It was definitely essential to use him given his local expertise even though I had been through the buying and selling process in Massachusetts before. He helped us narrow down the market from what was originally a wide area and variety of properties to a much more focused searched based on what we wanted and needed. Ryan also attended the showing on our behalf with my father and Facetimed us when we could not be in person, including the property we bought. He took detailed videos so we could watch them afterwards and evaluate the options. He was also able to negotiate the property down from the list price in a multiple offer situation by changing the terms and once again after the inspection.
