The short: Brian went above and beyond to secure us an impossible deal during a time where interest rates were very high. He secured us so much in concessions that we are paying 3.8% for year 1, 4.8% for year 2, 5.8% for year 3, and normal rates for year 4. The long: we were first-time homebuyers looking for a condo in Brooklyn or Queens. Brian helped us refine our choices, educated us, and rigorously scrubbed the market to satisfy our ever-changing constraints and desires. After navigating through an offer that fell through, we found our dream apartment.
