Brian was great in helping us buy our first house! He is super responsive, attentive to our preferences and has his finger on the pulse of the real estate market in the Central Fl area. All his insights into property values, estimated sale prices and future trends were spot on. He helped us close on our Longwood house after a decent negotiation. We were looking to buy something quickly and he helped us with a quick turnaround time. Our home search, sale and closing were wrapped up in about 3 months! We didnt have to worry at all as Brian took out the stress in the home buying process for us. Highly recommended.

Warm, engaging, caring. On the first available property I was interested in, I contacted Brian and he was able to arrange a showing on short notice, within hours on the same day. The next morning, when I had questions about the property and wanted to see it again, he arranged a showing at 9 AM, on a Sunday morning. That whole day he was booked with other commitments but was able to squeeze me in regardless. Truly committed to trying to help a client.I think you would be very pleased and satisfied if you used Brian for your real estate needs and I recommend him enthusiastically!
