I can't say enough good things about working with Brian. He was an absolute pleasure from start to finish, and we ended up with a fantastic deal on our new home. He could walk through a house and immediately spot potential issues or opportunities, which was invaluable. He was incredibly responsive and always ready to tour a house at a moment's notice. But what we appreciated most was his integrity. We called him our "no man" because he was so quick to point out a house's flaws and tell us why it wasn't the right fit. It was a rare and great sign to have an agent who was willing to go against his own incentive and say no, and it built a huge amount of trust. When it came to negotiation, he was a master. He completely insulated us from the stress of the back-and-forth and advised us on all the things we could ask for. Thanks to his guidance, we got a much better deal than we ever expected. I literally cannot find a single way Brian could improve. He has helped us buy and sell 5 homes in seattle and has worked around the clock -- including getting us two offers (At asking) on Christmas Eve! He has a top notch team, access to lenders, that work miracles to find you the perfect home or sell your home. He is straight forward, knowledgeable and constantly learning.
