I really wanted to make sure in writing to you I can convey how amazing Heather and Brian were. The sale of our home was forced due to a Divorce. So the situation Heather and Brian walked into was difficult. Not only was I really not wanting to sell my home, I also was losing my relationship of 32 years. I cannot say enough good things about Brian. He helped me buy my first house and then sell that house a few years later, and both experiences were better than I expected. When buying my first house, he walked me through everything. He pointed out things to watch out for in houses that were flipped (looked nice but the work cut corners) and when the house I ended up buying went on the market, he knew it was the right one for me. He helped me to put together an offer that, while it didnt offer the highest amount for the house, was attractive enough for the buyer to accept. A few years later when I was considering selling, I contacted him to get an idea of what the process would look like.
