I have found and statistics will back up social media gives you the best chance to create anxiety in the marketplace. With anxiety comes competition, which drives the price up!

Most of my clients are from NYC. They are either looking for a weekend home in the country or are looking to transition out of the city full-time.

I recently found an off market home for a client. I used all my contacts and made an incredible amount of calls to find the right home and the right homeowner willing to set at the right price.

I was in academia prior to Covid. I was looking for a new challenge and realized how many friends I knew in the business. I worked with several experienced agents through my first few years before setting out on my own.
