Working with Brian was great! I initially reached out on a home in Hagerstown, and ended up looking in Glen Burnie and Dundalk instead. Never once did Brian show any frustration at working in these new markets and driving a long distance to go to showings with me. He was very patient and explained everything to me. When I emailed/called/texted, he was quick to respond, even on nights and weekends. He was very personable and I had fun working with him. He also did not talk down to me or patronize me in any way or brush off the fact that I was a woman buying a home on my own and didn't try to keep talking to my father or significant other. It was very refreshing. Brian was very honest and up front and said something that really resounded with me when I was looking at a specific house and wasn't sure if I wanted to put in an offer. He also did a great job fielding other agents and dealing with them and all the other people involved so I didn't have to. All in all it was a great experience and I would definitely use him again in the future, or even just grab a beer at the bar with him!
