FIRST TIME HOME BUYERS OR NOTaEUR|. PLEASE Use Brian!!! If you are looking for someone who will genuinely care about your likes / dislikes and works real hard to get you into a nice house, then please work with Brian. We got introduced to Brian through word of mouth from 2 of my best friends who purchased a house and they had some great review. I know one of them is extremely demanding and nitpicking and over cautious in his approach, but he was over satisfied, which tells me Brian is an epitome of patience. We used Brian for both buying and selling our house and he did it with such professionalism and close each of these within a 2 week gap, in spite of all the roadblocks, flood zones, appraisals, and other crazy bank requests all with a smile on his face. When he knows his customer likes something he goes above and beyond to get it done for them. But, what made me completely trust Brian, is he does the work like he would do it for his own house. I say this cause, when my wife and I started this process, we almost narrowed down a house which was $90K more than our current place, but the moment Brian new it was not a good buy he wanted to make sure we were aware of everything and made sure we did not end up in a bad place and immediately started a new house search. If he only focused on his commission he could have made us take the other place and said adios. I'd like to start this review with stating that I would give Brian 10 out of 5 stars if I could. We first started services with Brian in January of 2017. We were looking at houses with him until April of 2017, but ran into a financial hurdle and had to wait until the following year to resume. Brian was and is always transparent and keeps his clients best interests his top priority, which we deeply appreciated. Brian also has a strong business ethic and personal integrity that we greatly respected as well. He is not the kind of agent that just wants you to buy a house with the highest price so he gets a fat commission check. We had walked into some houses where he pointed out X, Y, and Z faults that made it not worth even looking any further. His experience and knowledge of the market and housing in general came to be a benefit we greatly relied on and appreciated. By July of 2018 we had found and closed on our first home. Brian started off as just our real estate agent, but we closed the deal as friends. I will always recommend him to family and friends, and if we ever sell/buy again, we will ALWAYS use Brain.

Brian deserves 6 stars, not 5. He is an outstanding real estate agent! He helped me purchase my first home and provided me with valuable insight and advice. He was very patient and answered of all my questions and was very responsive to e-mails and phone calls. Additionally, Brian went above and beyond by attending additional walkthroughs that were optional because he wanted to be there make sure everything went smoothly. That showed me that he had my back and truly cared about doing an excellent job. He also has great attention to detail and noticed a few items that the inspector didn't catch, which ultimately were fixed before closing. Overall, I am very grateful to have Brian as my real estate agent. I do not have any reservations in recommending him as his professionalism, kindness, attention to deal, and knowledge make him one of the best agents out there. I highly highly recommend him!
