Brian and his team were "hands-on" from the first meeting in August of 2021when we were not seriously looking but wanted to get a feel for the area through finding the perfect second home at the beginning of December. We settled on January 31, 2022. The settlement process went through very smoothly. In addition to providing excellent representation, since we have purchased our home, Brian has provided excellent help in recommending contractors and other vendors.
