Brian not only helped us sell our house, he helped with purchasing the new one and we did both within 24 hours. It was an amazing experience, that would have gotten very intense, confusing and stressful without Brian managing everything. He even drove us to the one closing; were seniors unfamiliar with some areas of Atlanta and Brian knew this. He went the extra mile more than once, always checked in with us thru the whole moving process to be sure we were good. Highly recommend Brian. From the beginning Brian was very helpful in everything he did for us. Our neighbor knew of Brian and gave us his contact number. We called, and set up an appointment for him to come and visit our home, which was only about four days from the night of the phone call. While he was at the house, he also asked if we could give him a bracket of time that he could use to schedule a photographer to take pictures for the on-line listing. This event, too, happened not long after we had talked about it. The day after the listing was posted, Brian called us to give us details on a ?sight unseen? bid on the house. I after having seen the house, another couple made a bid, which went back and forth with us a couple of times. Meanwhile a third bid came in. That bid turned into the final sale. Brian was great at managing the paperwork for the completion of the sale. He would e-mail me the paperwork. Then walk me through the various sections explaining any that I asked about and walk me through the necessary signatures. In the end, we received a great price for the house. I wish him the best.
