I've chosen Brian Duck to sell my condo in Jersey City.We spoke with Brian and then met with him at our home. He has always patiently answered our questions, providing objective data regarding how many homes they sell, how long their listings typically stay on the market, and providing tons of info on comps in the area. We were concerned that our condo which didn't have as many upgrades as other ones listed in the building, with relocation that we might not be able to sell within the timeframe. Brian knows the market inside out and was able to make a lot of good suggestions. We have just closed on the property and right on time for our relocation. We would not be able to sell it this timely. Noting additional condos (listed around the same time) in the building and proximity are still on the market as wel are closing.
