Worst experience ever. Claimed to do all of his own work and would do his own measurements, none of which he did. He didnt return to my house after he met with me the first time and poorly represented my house as well as me. The house was miss listed and had the wrong square footage in the initial listing. He also described the house as aEURoeSuper DuperaEUR? which I feel was very unprofessional. He failed to respond to emails claiming they werent sent to him and later stating it was lost in his emails after finding them. He would not answer or clarify any of my questions and didnt do needed paperwork. In the last week before the sale of my house I had to scramble and do paperwork Mr.Borchardt himself failed to do in order for the sale itself. I would never recommend him or his business to anyone selling their house.
