It was very apparent from our "consult" meeting with Brian that we had found the right team to list our house. He spent time walking through and becoming familiar with our home and then sat down and discussed how their process would work from beginning to end. (listing, coming soon, open house, social media, pictures, amazing brochures, etc...) Long story short, our home sold quickly and with little stress. The communications from Brian and his support team was outstanding. We received emails regarding showing dates/times, due diligence inspections, etc. all the way through the selling process. We couldn't be happier with the process and the outcome of our experience with Brian and his support team..

My experience was that Brian was much more interested in getting my listing than in selling my house. Once the listing went live his communication was usually just a response to me, never anything he initiated. When I asked for guidance it generally was "Lower the price" although it was the price we discussed before I signed with Brian. (It eventually sold before the price was dropped.) I had to suggest an open house. His marketing was all passive and electronic. At one point Brian told me that I was the only listing he had -- all others had sold -- so I expected perhaps more attention. But I didn't see that. (Full disclosure: it was holiday time.) On the plus side, Brian was very responsive to calls and texts -- but only when I started the conversation. I can't recall anything proactive from him. Once the offer came in, I had to reach out for closing dates, the results from the appraisal (never really got that) and the inspection (never got any detail) and the estimated payout. Beth was much more helpful.
