1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
Be prepared and patient when you are looking for a home. I take all my clients through a full buyer presentation that takes about 60mins. It tells them exactly what to expect and how to be successful in finding a home. From the search, to their lender, to the escrow process, and what to expect. There are no surprises and less stress with my clients.
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Look for a full service (concierge) agent that is not just trying to give you a discount to get your business. You need someone who can prep and market your home so that you get the most from your property. Someone who can take you from start to finish and do all the work for you. Someone who will leave you stress free when all is done!
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
I have worked with all types of clients from all levels of purchase power. From entry to luxury, I am aware and in touch with the market at every level. I will help you succeed no matter which market you are looking in.
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
I have so many, but I certainly am most proud of those where I helped a young family find the perfect home just in time to start their family. Seeing the joy people have bringing their new baby to their new home for the first time will never get old.
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
By working with those who I know and receiving dozens of referrals. My customer service and business ownership background has given me a different approach than probably most realtors. It's not about the quantity, but the quallity of the transaction. If I give great service to each person I work with, the quantity will come on its own.
