If we could give Maddy more than five stars, we would. She was referred to us by a friend, and it is one of the best recommendations we have ever received. Maddy is knowledgeable about not only the geographical area but about so much more - she very quickly understood what we were looking for and all the many criteria we were trying to meet, and helped us evaluate critically every house she showed us. Her sparkling personality was a pleasure to be around and she dealt with our difficult family dynamic very professionally. Her communication skills are excellent and we are so grateful that she was willing to talk to us outside standard 9 to 5 business hours to make plans for viewing houses or answer our endless questions. We came in from out of town for many of our viewings, and Maddy was always more than willing to accommodate our schedules, generously giving us far too much of her weekend time when that was what we needed. She never rushed us or pressured us in any way, never sugar coated potential issues with houses we looked at, and helped us understand the market in which we were house hunting. This is the first house I have ever purchased and she made this process understandable and manageable. A week before our scheduled closing, it turned out that our seller was dying, and Maddy worked with us, the sellers power of attorney, our bank, and the title company to expedite closing in less than 24 hours.
