I applied for a lease of one of his listing. The offer was approved and ready to sign the lease. After a week he contacted my realtor to inform him that he would go with another person. I lost 10 days, have no house and I must move in three days. Completely unprofessional. My best advice is not to trust him or do business with him.

My husband and I were ready to downsize from our 3/2 home with pool in Deerfield Beach, Florida to a condo. Brett was persistent in finding us the exact condo that we were looking for. Brett Roy sold our home in a very short time approximately three weeks and got the price we were looking for. He was detrimental in staging our home and presenting it in a way that we were able to get top dollar. Brett is straightforward and honest. He answered all our questions in a very timely manner and was there for us anytime we needed him. I would recommend Brett and use him again as my realtor.
